Data is important to us. For 20 years, we have been conducting a responsive survey on a sample of approximately 1,000 visitors who have experienced one of our programs. We have precisely defined our target groups as well as marketing, quantitative and qualitative indicators. Based on this data, we can design and target content and performance communication regionally and across all target groups. We manage the communication ourselves. We successfully connect online and offline space, increase our visibility and involve partners in a joint program.
